The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are modern, quiet, and the beds are very comfortable.

I had a very pleasant stay and would love to return, thanks a lot. The property seemed clean and the room was large and silent. I truly enjoyed the room with very comfortable bed, the bed was extremely comfy. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven were great. The location was unbeatable, within a close distance from a funerary chapel.

Although everything was perfectly fine, some of the staff were ordinary.

The breakfast was savoury and tasty and the parking was on-site. The room we booked was amazingly comfortable with very comfortable bed...

I had a great stay at Casa Helzel. the host was welcoming and provided us with a map and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He even offered to store our luggage after check-out when our flight was delayed. the B&B is conveniently located just one minute away from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the room was clean and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities like wifi and remote control facilities.

During my recent stay at a cozy accommodation in Naples, I had the pleasure of experiencing a great location and warm hospitality. The room was really good, providing anice and neat space to rest. The host, Matteo, was friendly and readily available to assist with any needs or inquiries. The proximity to the Materdei metro station made exploring the city easy, and the historical center was just a short walk away. Although the breakfast offered was basic, it made perfect sense since there are very nice pizzerias and cafes just around the corner. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
